Commercial Office — Austin, TexasT3 is the first mass timber construction building in Austin. Shane was commissioned by T1 Energy to design their 15,000-square-foot corporate headquarters on the third floor, a space defined by bold, deliberate materiality. Venetian glass lighting, Shou Sugi Ban charred cedar panels, Corten steel, and rich walnut finishes come together in a masculine, post-modernist Texas aesthetic built to feel timeless and deeply comfortable from the moment you step inside.
